Questions, bug reports and tool requests are all welcome — particularly bug reports, since a tool that fails on your file is something we cannot reproduce without knowing about it.

When reporting a problem
It helps enormously if you include:
- Which tool you were using, and the page address.
- Your browser and operating system, with versions.
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
- The file's type and rough size — but please do not send us the file itself.
That last point is deliberate. SiriTools is built so that your documents never reach us, and we would rather keep it that way. A description of the problem is nearly always enough; if it is not, we will ask whether you can reproduce it with a file that contains nothing sensitive.
A note on what we cannot do
Because files are processed entirely on your device and never uploaded, we have no copy of anything you have converted. If you lose a result before saving it, we cannot recover it — there is nothing on our side to recover from.
